Managing Several Clients
Run several advertisers from one Reveto account, each with its own knowledge base and its own Facebook Page settings. This page covers the parts an agency works with, and a setup that keeps one client's facts out of another client's replies.
What you work with
- A knowledge base for each client, built from that client's website, documents and Telegram chats.
- A connected Facebook Page for each client. The Page's linked Instagram professional account uses the same Page slot.
- 'Reply settings' for each Page: the mode, the knowledge it answers from, tone, instructions, language, guardrails, a daily reply cap and business hours.
- Roles that decide which team members can open which knowledge bases.
Pages and team members by plan
| Plan | Facebook Pages | Team members |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 1 | 10 |
| Starter | Not included | 3 |
| Professional | 1 | 10 |
| Business | 5 | 30 |
| Enterprise | 20 | Unlimited |
The limit counts connected Pages, not Facebook accounts. On Business you can connect five Pages through as many Facebook logins as it takes to reach them.
Recommended setup for an agency
- Use Business or Enterprise, or start the free trial with one client's Page.
- For each client, add their sources in 'Data Collection' and generate a knowledge base in 'Content Generation'. Name it after the client.
- Open 'Operations', click the 'Messenger' tab and connect each client's Facebook Page.
- In the Pages list, click the gear icon ('Reply settings') next to a Page.
- Under 'Answer from', choose 'Only these knowledge bases' and tick that client's knowledge base. To narrow it further, choose 'Only these sections'.
- Set the 'Tone', 'Instructions' and 'Language' for that client, and add anything the Page must not discuss under 'Never answer about'.
- Leave 'Mode' on 'Review before sending' until the drafts look right.
- Click 'Save', then repeat for the next Page.
A Page answers from 'Every knowledge base this company can read' until you change it. With several clients in one account, that can put one client's prices into another client's replies. Set 'Answer from' on every Page before you switch it to 'Autopilot'.
Settings you can change for each Page
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| 'Mode' | 'Review before sending' holds every reply for a person. 'Autopilot' sends replies without anyone reading them. |
| 'Answer from' | Every knowledge base in the company, only the knowledge bases you tick, or only the sections you tick. |
| 'Tone' | Default, Friendly, Professional, Short and direct, Warm and reassuring, or your own description. |
| 'Instructions' | Anything the replies should always do or avoid, up to 2,000 characters. |
| 'Language' | 'Match the customer', or 'Always reply in' one language. |
| 'Never answer about' | Topics this Page must not answer about. |
| 'Hand to a human when the message contains' | Words that stop Reveto answering a message, so your team handles it. |
| 'Daily reply cap' | How many messages Reveto sends on its own on the Page each day. The default is 200, and 0 stops all replies on the Page. |
| 'Pause this Page' | No drafts and no sends until you resume. |
| 'Business hours' | When the Page replies. Outside them Reveto drafts nothing and sends only your 'After-hours message', if you wrote one. |
Instagram replies on a Page have their own settings. They start as a copy of the Page's Messenger settings, in 'Review before sending' mode.
Limits to plan around
- A Facebook Page can be connected to only one Reveto workspace. If another workspace has it, only that workspace can release it.
- Anyone with the 'Messenger Replies' permission sees the conversations of every connected Page. Use 'Filter by Page' in the queue to work on one client at a time.
- Each company has one website chat widget. You can list several websites for it, but they all share the same settings and knowledge.
A separate company for full separation
If a client's own staff will sign in, or a client's conversations must be kept completely apart, create a separate company. Each company has its own members, roles, knowledge bases, Pages and billing.
- Open 'Settings' and click the 'Company' tab.
- Click the plus button next to 'Your Company' ('Add New Company').
- Enter the company name and click the plus button to create it.
- Reveto switches you to the new company, with you as its Company Admin. To go back, choose another company in the 'Your Company' list.
You can create another company only if your main company (usually the one you signed up with) is on the free trial, Business or Enterprise. The new company starts on the free Starter plan, which has no Messenger, Instagram or website chat, so it needs its own plan in 'Billing' before it can answer messages.
