Claude Connector

Connect Claude to Reveto so it reads your knowledge bases live, with nothing to re-upload after you edit them. The Integrations tab in Settings has one integration, 'Connect to Claude'. It is included on Business, Enterprise and the free trial.

You see the Integrations tab if your role can manage users, such as Company Admin. Facebook Pages, Instagram and the website chat are not set up here; they are on the Operations page.

Add the connector in Claude

  1. In Reveto, open Settings, select 'Integrations' and click 'Copy' next to 'Connector URL'.
  2. In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
  3. Give the connector a name and paste the URL.
  4. Leave OAuth Client ID and Secret empty.
  5. When Claude asks you to sign in, sign in to Reveto.
  6. On 'Connect Claude to your knowledge bases', choose what to share under 'Knowledge bases to share' and click 'Allow access'.

Each person connects with their own Reveto login, so Claude reads only what that person can already see. Access is read-only: no editing, no deleting and nothing outside your knowledge bases. Leave every knowledge base ticked to include ones added later.

Once connected, Claude can list your knowledge bases and their sections, search them, and read a section in full.

See and remove connections

'People connected through Claude' lists everyone who has connected, with the columns Person, Can read, Connected and Last used. Click 'Disconnect' to end a person's connection.

Tokens for scripts and command-line tools

Open 'Advanced: tokens for scripts and command-line tools' only for a tool that sends an HTTP header directly, such as the Claude Code CLI. Claude Desktop and claude.ai don't need a token.

  1. Enter a 'Token name' you will recognise later.
  2. Click 'Generate token'.
  3. Copy the 'Connector URL', 'Header name' and 'Header value'.
  4. Click 'I have saved it'.

A token reads every knowledge base in the company, whatever the individual access rules say. It is shown once and can't be retrieved later, because Reveto keeps only a hash of it. To stop a token, click 'Revoke' under 'Active tokens'; it stops working straight away.

If your company moves to a plan without the connector, existing connections stop working too, not just new ones.
