What Reveto Does
Reveto drafts replies to the messages your ads bring in, using a knowledge base built from each advertiser's own website, documents and team chats. It is built for media buyers and agencies. When someone clicks an ad and writes to the business on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct or a website chat, Reveto answers from what that advertiser actually offers.
You stay in control of what goes out. Every Page starts in review mode, where each reply waits for a person. When you trust a Page's answers, you can switch it to autopilot.
Who it is for
- Media buyers who run click-to-message campaigns and want those leads answered quickly and correctly
- Agencies that manage several clients' Facebook Pages from one account, each Page answering from its own client's knowledge base
- In-house marketing teams answering ad traffic for one brand
What Reveto does
- Builds a knowledge base for each client from websites, documents, meeting notes, Google Drive files and Telegram chats
- Organizes that material into sections your team can read and edit, such as offers, prices, opening hours and policies
- Drafts replies to Messenger and Instagram Direct messages, and shows which knowledge-base sections each draft used
- Answers visitors on your landing pages through a website chat widget
- Leaves questions it cannot answer for your team, and groups them in Insights
- Adds the answers your team writes back into the knowledge base, so the next person who asks gets a draft
What Reveto does not do
- It does not make up answers. When the knowledge base has nothing on a question, Reveto does not draft a reply.
- It does not send Messenger or Instagram replies on its own until you switch a Page's 'Mode' to 'Autopilot'.
- It does not run or change your ad campaigns. It handles the messages that arrive after the click.
- It cannot reply after Meta's messaging window closes. A draft that is not sent in time shows 'Expired'.
