Insights
Insights lists the questions customers asked that the knowledge base couldn't answer, so you can add the answer once for future replies. Open 'Insights' in the 'Messenger' or 'Instagram' tab. The list, 'What customers asked that the knowledge base could not answer', covers the last 30 days, most frequent first, and shows up to 20 questions.
How questions are grouped
Reveto groups different wordings of the same question into one row, named with one clear version of the question. Each row shows 'Asked once' or how many times it was asked, when it was last asked, and the Page if you have more than one. Click the phrasings link, for example '3 phrasings', to see how customers actually worded it.
Only questions the knowledge base had nothing on appear here, together with drafts that expired before anyone sent them. Messages stopped by the daily cap or business hours don't appear; a message stopped by your guardrails does, because nobody answered it either.
Add an answer to the knowledge base
- Click 'Add to knowledge base' on the row.
- Check the 'Question' and edit it so it reads the way a customer would ask.
- Write the 'Answer' in plain text. A blank line starts a new paragraph.
- Or click 'Draft with AI' to have Reveto write the answer from replies your team already typed in those conversations. It uses only those replies. The button is unavailable when there are none ('No staff replies to this question yet.').
- Under 'Where to save', pick the 'Knowledge base' and the 'Section'. If the section has subsections, pick one under 'Subsection', or choose 'New subsection…' and enter a 'Subsection title'.
- Click 'Add to knowledge base'.
Reveto adds the question as a heading and the answer as a paragraph at the end of the section you chose. The row then shows 'Added to KB'; click it to open that section. Future replies can draw on the new answer.
Only knowledge bases you can edit are offered. If the Page answers from specific knowledge bases, the first of them is picked for you.
Adding an answer doesn't reply to the customers who asked. Answer them in 'Conversations'.
Remove a question
Click the X ('Remove from list') to hide a row. It comes back only if customers ask the question again. Rows you've answered stay in the list with 'Added to KB', because customers may keep asking.
'Draft with AI' counts toward your workspace's AI usage.
