Reveto works in a loop: collect a client's material, generate a knowledge base, connect channels, review drafts, and feed unanswered questions back in. Each step lives on a different page. The table maps them, and the sections below describe what happens at each one.

1. Collect sources

On 'Data Collection' you gather the client's raw material. The tabs are 'Websites', 'Documents', 'Meetings', 'Google Drive' and 'Telegram'. Websites are read page by page. Documents can be PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLSX, PNG, JPG or WebP files of up to 25 MB each.

2. Generate the knowledge base

On 'Content Generation' (the page is titled 'Generate Knowledge Base') you choose which sources to include, give the knowledge base a title, pick its 'Output Language', and click 'Generate Knowledge Base'. The AI reads the material and organizes it into sections. Later, 'Build on previous KB' adds new sources to an existing knowledge base and keeps your earlier content and manual edits.

3. Connect channels

On 'Operations', the 'Messenger' tab connects a client's Facebook Page through a Facebook account that administers it. An Instagram professional account linked to that Page appears on the 'Instagram' tab. The 'Website chat' tab gives you one line of code for your landing pages. Each Page's 'Reply settings' decide which knowledge bases or sections it answers from, its tone and language, and topics it must never answer about.

4. Drafts and review

When a message arrives, Reveto drafts a 'Suggested reply' and lists the sections it was 'Based on'. In 'Review before sending' mode the draft waits in 'Conversations' until someone clicks 'Send', edits it and clicks 'Send my version', or clicks 'Discard'.

5. Autopilot

When a Page's answers are consistently right, switch its 'Mode' to 'Autopilot'. Replies then go out without anyone reading them, up to the Page's 'Daily reply cap'. The website chat answers visitors as they write unless you pause it, and your team can click 'Take over' on any conversation.

6. Unanswered questions and Insights

If the knowledge base has nothing on a question, Reveto does not draft a reply. In review mode the conversation shows 'The knowledge base had nothing on this question.' On autopilot, the Page sends the message you set under 'When the knowledge base has nothing, send', or stays silent if you left it empty. The website chat shows its 'When it cannot answer' message and asks the visitor for an email.

'Insights' collects these questions. For Messenger and Instagram it covers the last 30 days, most frequent first, with different wordings of the same question grouped together.

7. The knowledge base grows

Click 'Add to knowledge base' on a question in Insights, write the answer or click 'Draft with AI' to start from your team's replies, and choose the knowledge base and section to save it in. The next customer who asks gets a draft.

Drafts do not wait forever. Under Meta's messaging rules, automatic replies can go out only within 24 hours of the customer's last message, and a reply a person sends only within 7 days. Drafts close to their limit show a countdown such as 'Expires in 5h'. Review the queue at least once a day, or use autopilot on Pages you trust.
