Free Trial

Every new Reveto account starts with a 14-day free trial of every feature, with no credit card. The trial begins when you sign up. Verify your email address to unlock a $10 AI credit for testing.

What the trial includes

  • Every feature on Business, including HR Tests, the Claude connector and multiple companies
  • Up to 10 team users
  • Unlimited knowledge bases and AI searches
  • Up to 100 website pages
  • One Facebook Page with its Instagram account
  • Website chat
  • $10 of AI usage, free and never charged

Activate the AI credit

The $10 credit stays locked until you confirm your email address. Until then, the Billing page shows a verification prompt instead of your credit, and AI features ask you to verify first.

  1. Open the verification email Reveto sent when you signed up and click the link.
  2. If you can't find it, open Billing and click 'Resend verification email'.
  3. Check your inbox and click the link in the new email.

During the trial, the Billing page shows your usage under 'AI Credit', marked 'Free credit for testing, never charged'. When the credit runs out, AI features pause until you upgrade.

When the trial ends

Reveto emails your company's administrators about 3 days before the trial ends. When it ends, the company moves to the free Starter plan. Nothing is deleted: your knowledge bases, documents and settings stay and remain readable.

On Starter, Messenger, Instagram and website chat replies stop, AI features stop, and you can't add data sources. If a client's Page is already live, upgrade before the trial ends.

Choosing a plan during the trial

Click 'Upgrade' in the trial banner on the Billing page, or 'Change Plan'. Each plan shows what you would give up: Professional shows 'Not included after your trial: multiple companies, HR tests, Claude connector', and Business shows 'Keeps everything your trial includes.'

Upgrading takes you to Stripe to enter your card, and the paid plan starts straight away.
