Key Concepts
The terms Reveto uses for companies, knowledge bases, channels, Pages, drafts, reply modes, Insights and AI usage, and what each one means. The table is a quick reference; the notes below it explain how the pieces fit together.
| Term | What it means |
|---|---|
| Company (workspace) | Your team's shared space: knowledge bases, members, connected channels and plan. The welcome screen calls it a workspace; Settings calls it 'Company'. |
| Knowledge base | A structured document of facts about one client, generated from sources or written by hand. Replies are drafted from it. |
| Section | A topic inside a knowledge base, such as opening hours or prices. A section can have one level of subsections. |
| Source | Material you collect on Data Collection: a crawled website, a document, meeting notes, a Google Drive file or Telegram messages. |
| Channel | A place Reveto replies: Messenger, Instagram Direct or the website chat. |
| Page | A Facebook Page you connect through a Facebook account. Each Page has its own reply settings. |
| Instagram account | An Instagram professional account linked to a connected Page. It appears on the 'Instagram' tab. |
| Draft | A 'Suggested reply' waiting in Conversations, with the sections it was 'Based on'. |
| Review mode | 'Review before sending'. Every reply waits for a person. |
| Autopilot | 'Autopilot'. Replies go out without anyone reading them. |
| Take over | A teammate takes a conversation from the AI. 'Hand back to AI' returns it. |
| Insights | Questions the knowledge base could not answer, grouped by meaning. |
| Leads | Email addresses the website chat collects when it cannot answer a question and hands the visitor to your team. |
| Daily reply cap | The most replies Reveto sends on its own for a Page, or for the website chat, in a day. 0 stops all replies. |
| Role | A set of permissions. New companies get 'Company Admin', 'Editor' and 'Viewer'. |
| AI usage | The cost of the AI work Reveto does for you, billed separately from the plan price. |
| AI credit | The $10 of free AI usage on the trial. It activates when you verify your email and is never charged. |
Companies and clients
A company holds everything your team shares. An agency can keep several clients in one company: give each client its own knowledge base, then set each Page's 'Answer from' to 'Only these knowledge bases' and tick that client's knowledge base. One advertiser's prices then stay out of another's replies.
On Business, Enterprise and the trial you can also create more companies, in Settings on the 'Company' tab, with the 'Add New Company' button. Each company has its own knowledge bases, team and connected Pages.
Reply modes
Each connected Page has a 'Mode' in its 'Reply settings'. 'Review before sending' holds every reply for approval. 'Autopilot' sends replies without anyone reading them. The website chat has no review mode: it answers visitors as they write, and you control it with 'Escalation keywords', 'Blocked topics', 'Pause the widget' and 'Take over'.
Every Page also has a 'Daily reply cap', and 'Pause this Page' stops drafts and sends without disconnecting the Page.
AI usage and credit
Each plan has a flat monthly price. AI usage is billed on top, only for what you use, up to a monthly cap: $10 on Professional, $20 on Business and $50 on Enterprise. The trial includes $10 of AI credit that is never charged. Your balance shows as 'AI Usage Balance' on the 'Billing' page.
