The Review Queue

The review queue lists every conversation on your Pages, and drafts wait there until someone sends, edits or discards them. Open 'Conversations' in the 'Messenger' or 'Instagram' tab. The list is on the left and the open conversation on the right. On a phone, a conversation opens full screen; use the back arrow to return to the list.

Find a conversation

  • Filter by status: 'All', 'Draft ready', 'AI answering', 'With a person' and 'Paused'.
  • With more than one Page connected, filter by Page using the 'All Pages' menu.
  • Each row shows the customer's name ('Customer' when Meta doesn't share it), the Page, the latest message and badges such as 'Draft ready', 'Expires in 5h', 'Needs a person' or 'With' and a teammate's name.
  • 'Load more' shows older conversations.

What a draft shows

A draft appears below the conversation as 'Suggested reply'. It shows the reply text, the AI model that wrote it, when it expires, and 'Based on' followed by links to the knowledge base sections it used. Open a link to check the facts before you send.

Send, edit or discard a draft

  1. Open the conversation and read the 'Suggested reply'.
  2. To send it as written, click 'Send'. The reply appears in the conversation straight away, and the AI keeps answering this conversation.
  3. To change it, click 'Edit', rewrite the text and click 'Send my version'. The conversation is then assigned to you, and the AI stops drafting in it until you hand it back.
  4. To drop it, click 'Discard'. Nothing is sent.

If two people act on the same draft, the second one sees 'Someone else acted on this first. Refreshed.' Nothing is sent twice.

Write a reply yourself

Type in the 'Write a reply…' box at the bottom and click 'Reply', or press Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on a Mac). Replying assigns the conversation to you. A reply can be up to 2,000 characters.

Take over, hand back or pause

ButtonWhat it does
Take overAssigns the conversation to you. Reveto stops drafting replies in it.
Hand back to AIReturns the conversation to Reveto. Any draft still waiting is marked expired.
PauseStops Reveto drafting in this conversation only. The badge shows 'Paused'.
ResumeLets Reveto answer this conversation again.

When the knowledge base has no answer

When the knowledge base has nothing on a question, no draft is written. The conversation shows 'The knowledge base had nothing on this question.' with the question, and it's marked 'Needs a person'. Click 'Take over' and reply yourself. The question also appears in 'Insights'. While the conversation waits for a person, simple messages such as a thank-you still get a draft.

Expiring drafts

A draft can be sent until 7 days after the customer's last message. If the customer writes again, the 7 days start over. In the last 24 hours the row shows 'Expires in' with the hours left, and a banner counts the drafts about to expire. After 7 days the draft shows 'Expired' and can't be sent. See 'The 24-Hour Window' for why.

Outside business hours Reveto doesn't draft replies, so messages that arrive overnight wait in 'Conversations' with no draft. Reply to them yourself or leave them for the morning.
